Sami Grisafe’s provocative soul-infused voice, haunting lyrics and raw, performance energy makes her and her music unforgettable. Her new album, ATLANTIS, is co-produced by Grammy Award winner, Ricciano Lumpkins, in collaboration with Jaclyn Rada and LA recording artist, Shannon Nicole. ATLANTIS is a blend of rock, county, soul and pop and features – Grammy Award winning harmonica virtuoso, Sugar Blue, on the country infused, Two of Hearts, and reggae rapper, Viper, on the “upbeat-you-must-shake-your-rump-and-clap-your-hands” Hooky (in Chicago).

Our regular bio is quite long, and I’m not sure how to condense it into 5-7 sentences…how about our elevator pitch instead?  Female-fronted Alternative Indie Rock trio with Singer-Songwriter, Classic Rock, Alternative Rock, Oldies, Surf Rock, and Jazz influences.

Greg Alexander has been described as “a deeply gifted vocalist with a knack for employing just the right amount of reedy soulful angst.”  A recent transplant to LA from Burlington, Vermont, he’s come to know first-hand, LA is absolutely chock-full of possibility; filled to the brim with opportunity. Since July, Greg’s done a musical theatre cabaret in Hollywood, been recording and filming with YouTube artist Nice Peter (of ERB), singing in an a cappella classical choir, playing and singing jazz in the Pay-It-Forward Band, teaching music to kids, and much more. His latest album, “Any Day: Greg Alexander sings the songs of Ryan Fauber” was released this fall on the Burlington-based label, Jenke Records.
