Republi-k is a psychedelic rock n’ roll band originated in Guatemala City. This powerful trio combines funk, soul, blues and psychedelic rock n’ roll to express the dynamics of life and it’s vast array of emotions.

Republi-k has performed more than 300 concerts, including festivals, bars, schools, colleges and many different events through Guatemala City. They have also performed in Guadalajara, Mexico and have recently moved to Los Angeles to start touring across California.

Through the bands career, they have released two EP’s, one studio LP and several singles that have been played continuously on different radio stations in Central America.  They have also appeared in numerous TV programs, radio interviews, magazines and newspapers promoting their music and video clips.

Republi-k is currently recording a new album, which will be available around mid-December 2012. The first single of the album, “Speed of Light” featuring Eric Young “Frezh”, has just been released.
