Suicide Romance

Formed in El Paso in early 2009, Suicide Romance began playing all the beer stained cantina houses that would offer them a venue to play. In naming the band, and conceptualized as a spirtual awakening 2nd Corinthians 12:10 "When I'm weak then i am strong." They are here to document and conquer the known trials of life. Their music is a fusion of external praises that resonates Metal tonality it is sure to bring fans to their feet and the front of the stage. Alcoholism, drugs,divorce and the trials of life are themes of music that reach the heaviest riffs and helps the band make personal connections on stage. Each fan is treated to a series of building trades that express frustration and builds hope at the end of the night. It is not uncommon, during a perforomance, for the band to share the stage with all the fans that have gotten up to the very front and need to unleash the energy Suicide Romance extracts. After the self release of their debut CD "Dead to the World" in 2009, and their follow up album, "Sins of the Flesh" in 2010, and current new album, "TEXAS PSYCHO METAL GROOVE," hundreds of delighted fans have had the opportunity too Feel The Romance at local prime shows like El Paso STREET FESTIVAL LOCOFEST 2008, and as recently as BALlOONFEST 2009,2011 and have played with Drowning Pool,Theory Of A Deadman,Static-X,Pop Evil,P.O.D,Korn,L.A Guns ,Faster Pussycat and on July 27,2012 they opened up for Vinnie Pauls Hell Yeah at another 95.5 KLAQ event as well as packed night clubs throughout El Paso and have done self financed tours taking them to Las Vegas,Phoenix,San Diego and Hollywood Ca.. Los Angeles Hard Rock band that was founded in 2010 by guitarist/songwriter AHMAD then joined by bassist John Grundbäck, drummer Berny C. Nader and vocalist Brooks Slamm. The band’s songs have been featured in a series of video commercials for the Craneway Pavillion and on 107.7 The Bone’s Local Licks radio show in the San Francisco Bay area. A.H.M.A.D. has gigged in support of Stephen Pearcy from RATT.

In 2012, A.H.M.A.D. ranked number one in Guitar Center’s “On Stage with Slash” competition to find unsigned bands.
