GABRIEL'S LAST BREATH
Gabriel’s Last Breath is an alternative rock band from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Childhood friends since the age of seven, lead singer, Khris Fuselier, and lead guitarist, Perry Yazell, both found a passion for music at an early age and started performing together as teenagers at local venues. Both joined the Marine Corp at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where they continued to perform together and put on live shows. They have performed in many places to include New York, Chicago, Indiana, Detroit, North Carolina, Louisiana, and California. They have also appeared on NBC NEWYORK, FOX NEWS CHICAGO, WGN RADIO, TMZ with Bill Clinton, and did the music for the MARSOC commericals. However, the two were separated when Perry was sent to Iraq and Khris to Afghanistan. Both continued to write and play music in their respective deployments and have reunited, continuing their musical careers as Gabriel’s Last Breath. Lorraine McNeill-Popper, current manager of Gabriel’s Last Breath, discovered them while attending a special operations training mission to capture footage to promote the Marine Special Operation Command. Other band members include James Fullen on guitar, Stephen Connally on bass and Taylor Bourque on drums.
To many, Rock & Roll has loud guitars, heavy bass, and crashing cymbals. To others it has melodic riffs, identifiable lyrics, and drum solos. With Holding Harlot you get both. Hailing from the suburbs of Los Angeles, Jesse Gass and his band have already began to make noise (pun intended) in the rock scene. Started in the spring of 2010, these four boys (Jesse Gass, J'aime Gass, Clarence Williams, Mikey Lopez) have artfully crafted the skill of bringing back the authentic sound and look to what is now a new generation of Rock and Roll. Production has already begun on their first album with Grammy Nominated and Multi-Platinum engineer and producer Jon Gass, so needless to say things are looking bright for this young group.
With Jesse as the front man, Lead singer/Rhythm guitar player, and younger brother, J'aime Gass on Lead Guitar/Backup Vocals the band has a very unique "Brotherly" blend. After gaining drummer and long time friend Michael Lopez, Bassist, Clarence Williams, also long time friend, was added to complete the sound.
