Hard hitting independent rock n roll band TWENTY TWO HUNDRED was originally formed in Melbourne, Australia. The band is comprised of Mark Wells (Ronnie Wood band), Drew Alig, Marcus Kain, and Tony Cardenas-Montana (Slash, Great White). Twenty Two Hundred’s debut EP “Eleven” has 6 tracks of their own unique blend of classic hard rock, bluesy riffs and super heavy groove. Slash, who, upon hearing the EP, personally invited the band to tour with his band throughout Asia in 2010 and 2011. Twenty Two Hundred opened for Slash featuring Myles Kennedy in Singapore (w/Coheed and Cambria in 2010, also appearing at the 2011 Singapore Big Night Out festival with Stone Temple Pilots), Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Twenty Two Hundred’s highly anticipated debut album is due for release mid 2012

Don’t let the age of these young Australian boys fool you because these youngsters offer nothing less then a super charged energetic hard rocking spectacle full of intensity equal to that of any established band. The young Heavy Metal band is best described as a cross between AC/DC styled Aussie rock and Hollywood Rock inspired by such artists as Skid Row, Dio, Alice Cooper with Kane Roberts, Twisted Sister, G'n'R, Poison, W.A.S.P., Iron Maiden and AC/DC just to name a few etc. 

The young Rockers plans are nothing short of huge. Their ‘2012’ debut album will be supported with an official music video for each of the songs

on their album. A film about the young band is also in the making with a film crew escorting the band on tour and the album artwork has been created by the famous South American artist Felipe Machado Franco famous for his work with LUCASFILM Ltd., Christopher Lee and bands like Rhapsody and Blind Guardian.

The young guns will embark on a high profile World Tour where the band will be performing on the Worlds biggest and most famous stages amongst the World’s biggest bands from Motley Crue, Manowar, Europe, Megadeth, W.A.S.P. and Motorhead.
